Grant is an enthusiastic and energetic teacher with a true passion for science and an extensive knowledge of the Chemistry 30 diploma exam. He has been teaching Chemistry 20, Chemistry 30 and AP chemistry in his School District for eight years and has been an active contributor to such initiatives as Alberta Education's high school redesign and his District's chemistry KPI. In 2011, Grant was recognized with a nomination for the APEGA Teacher Award. Outside of the classroom, Grant is an avid musician, bowler and mountain climber, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 18 month old daughter

James Kriese

James is an exceptionally talented and highly versatile "natural teacher". His teaching background includes experience at three 30-level courses - Chemistry, Math, and Physics. He has played a key role in designing (and constantly improving) RTD's comprehensive Chemistry 30 and Physics 30 review packages, drawing on his experience working with Alberta Education on standards confirming and diploma exam review.
