Refund policy

Plans sometimes change — if you need to cancel an upcoming in-person course, or are unsatisfied with any RTD course or product, please use this form to let us know and request a refund.

In-Person / Upcoming Course Refund Policy:

• We'll provide a full refund if requested 7 or more days prior to the start of the first class.
• Requests made within 6 days of the course starting will have a $40 cancellation fee applied.

Online Course Refund Policy:

• Full refund within the first 24 hours of enrollment.

Online or In-Person — Satisfaction Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with your course, please reach out to us by email. We stand by our programs and will work with you to find solutions — including enrollment in alternative products, store credit, or refund.
